Bed was a little hard, however everything else was great. Very close to Ghibli Park and Toyota Auto museum. Had English speaking staff. Had tower parking with car size restrictions, but offered us a parking space directly outside the hotel for ¥1000 per night.

Our family of four had a wonderful 2-night stay. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the rooms are very clean.
