"Room was clean and the area clean. The area was nice place to rest after a busy schedule. Staff were great and made our stay extra special over the Tet holiday. Played a few games of pool which was a fun way to end the evening. Its about 10 -15mins out of town so make sure u can rent a bike. Good place for families as the kids have space to run around "

"I have had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, taking care of everything for me. The room was spacious and offered a fantastic view of Sapa and the surrounding mountains. "The hotel was stunning. We unfortunately came in foggy weather so did not get to enjoy the views but the bungalow was so cosy and comfortable.
