"One of our favourite hotels we have stayed in so far across our 3 week travel of Vietnam. Really lovely staff, greeted with complimentary fresh fruit juice upon arrival. Staff very knowledgable of the local area, and cared more about our trip than up selling their own tours like a lot of hotels. The breakfast was the best we had, a choice of 4 dishes from their menu and a drink... All free! It may be a little out of the centre of the town but this hotel is worth every penny!"

"Rooms are super spacious. Floors not properly cleaned. 5 minutes walking in the room and my son's feet were black underneath. Property is poorly maintained, which is a pity, as one can see that the original furniture and fittings were expensive and durable, but it is not cared for well. Don't stay on x01 (eg. 501) as it is next to the elevator shaft. Everytime the elevator is operated, the noise echoes through your room. "
