"Room is big, comfortable beds, next to shopping mall and metro, nearby cafes, good hotel facilities. But the room lift lobby has a smoky smell in the air, like someone smoking in the room or aircon duct. "

"A good stay in a nice hotel. The pool was lovely and large, pool attendants kind and helpful. Rooms could use a deep clean as there was grime around the bath sink water overflow opening (room 1724). A light refresh of the wood features in the room would be well worth it. Breakfast was quite good."

"Love the room, very large , lots of mirrors, king size bed, soft, comfortable work station, big fridge, hot water, nice breakfast included along with welcoming drink voucher. Only negative, I did see some cockroaches scurrying around....other than that Avery nice stay. Overall a very good value."

"This hotel has the best of everything : rooms , service , breakfast , rooftop bar , spa , pool , gym and location . Next time we are anywhere near Bangkok we will create a reason to stop here for a few days .We really, really enjoyed our stay . "
