"It’s a very ‘okay’ hotel. For UK people, I’d say that it’s on par with Premier inn or good Travelodge. If that’s what you are after, it’s a great place. I kind of missed being treated very special by 4/5* type hotels. Although the hotel is in keeping with Japanese standards of service and competence, it just missed that extra bit. "We were absolutely impressed by how clean and beautiful the room was! It came with a ton of great amenities, and the staff was incredibly helpful."

"The breakfast was great, proximity to the train station was beneficial. Staff were professional and helpful. Our room was quite small and difficult with luggage."

"The room was clean. We appreciated the free breakfast buffet. Located in central Kanazawa, close to many tourist sites."
