"The rooms were fine and clean. Our stay was just overnight so we didn’t need much. Bfast was good the next morning and staff was friendly. If you aren’t looking for anything fancy but just need a comfortable stay, I’d say book it."

"The hotel is well located. However there is a serious problem with the water pressure in the toilets hotel-wide. The breakfast was very lame. But the worst thing was that the sink was blocked in my room. When I let the front desk know, the lady says “I can give you a plunger”. I asked if the hotel would handle it, and she said NO…"

"Breakfast was very good, great variety. My only complaint is about the coffee machine, it takes to long for a cup to be made and a line backs up, especially if; like me, you’re getting a cup for more than yourself. I liked the pump thermos better."

"This hotel is relatively new and is just beginning to show some signs of wear like chipping here and there is the bathroom, scratches on the bedside table, small holes in the window blind. It is generally very quiet there and the walls seem to be thick enough to block out the TV or other normal sounds from adjacent rooms. If you value quiet, don't take a room on the first floor. It's too close to the lobby where people gather and play games, pool, etc in the evenings. In cold weather, I miss...

"The hotel is undergoing much needed construction. This information is not made know to you at time of booking. The hot water was not available. 2 sets of Invited guests to a graduation ceremony canceled their reservations to this hotel for others in the same area. My guests had better experiences at Best western which was $30 less per night. I will not recommend this hotel. Word to the wise…"

"Room and property was clean and comfortable. Really had no issues. Would stay again. It’s about 30 minutes from Shipshewana. Shopping near by if needed anything. Nice neighborhood for walking."

"Remodeled old hotel with outdoor entrances. No elevator, but each of the two buildings has only two floors. Water leaking onto concrete balcony in a couple places. No smoking allowed, yet the room smelled like someone had smoked in the room. Breakfast was fair: scrambled eggs, muffin with American cheese, juices from dispenser, cereal, awful bakery, coffee and tea. The bacon was horrible. Showerhead is quite small; I have never seen one that small. Bathtub was so old that the top coat was worn...

"This location smelled like a marijuana factory. One room completely had the toilet seat broken and they moved us up a floor. There was not a hairdryer, iron or in room coffee pot and the tv did not work. Luckily we had family near by and just used this place to sleep and shower. The room was dingy and it continued to smell like someone was smoking in the building. It can’t just be from outside smokers."

"Hotel was very clean. Staff was great. Bed was very comfortable. Overall a very good experience. However the couch was missing in the room and the empty space looked awkward, as well as the towel hook and other mechanical items were either missing or broken."
