Property staff was horrible and very rude rooms were dirty with mold TVs were not working sheets had cigarette burn stains in them never ever ever come here

so bad we didnt even stay checked in and out in a matter of 15 minutes. No breakfast was offered, room was filthy, not a safe part of town. Would not refund our money. Very disappointed.

Room was clean, staff super helpful and friendly. Pool wasn’t open and there were 95 degree days. Pricing of room was too high, in my opinion, but nice nonetheless. Hotel was easy to locate and very close to a lot of attractions. I would stay again

Don’t book here it was a one night booking me and my girlfriend pulled up to the establishment and it looked rough and we immediately seen a naked woman standing in the doorway of one of the rooms it looked shady we didn’t even check in we drove off as fast as we could and ended up staying somewhere else

The king bed sheets were dirty they had stains all over them when I asked for them to be changed I was informed I would have to walk down to the office and get the sheets and change them myself and then I was given an attitude for requesting additional towels since there was only one towel in the room and I was traveling with my daughter who would require her own towel for a shower..... The lamp shades were all broken and the light bulbs were unscrewed. The ceiling in the bathroom had black mold and holes in it from the room above ours leaking... There was hairs and soap left from the previous guest all over the shower and none of the children channels worked on the TV

Parking was easy, staff was very nice. Room was okay the ac worked well, the blankets was stained and the bath rags, but over all it was a decent place to stay.

Hard to put into words how sickening and nasty this dump is. Cockroaches in our BED. Some seedy characters driving thru and walking around hollering all hours of the night and they have the nerve to charge almost a 100 a night. Filthy and dangerous Roach MOTEL, not hotel.

Room had roaches and painted over mold in the bathroom. Sheets were also stained. Room definitely could’ve been cleaned better before checking in. Did like the location and that there was free parking in front of the hotel though. Staff was okay but definitely could have been more attentive especially since they are not usually available at the desk. Also had issues with the key card for the room and had to keep getting new ones. Apparently storing the key card next to a cellular device or credit card scrambles up the key card code. Not a huge issue but wasn’t told this until having to get a new card a few times so was definitely annoying. Probably wouldn’t stay here again honestly, especially because of the roaches.

First let me start off by saying the office/check in person was very polite. The room itself could use some serious maintenance. Holes in walls, bathroom sink not in bathroom, broken curtain rod on window, and no cleaning staff. This place is basically a prostitute’s office, if you catch my drift. I would recommend that you not refer anyone to this establishment

The good, my room was clean. The bad, crackheads all over the property, the plumbing was was in disrepair. Thankfully the 3 policemen showed to deter the problem for a little bit, but like flies, they all came back.
