Parking was easy, staff was very nice. Room was okay the ac worked well, the blankets was stained and the bath rags, but over all it was a decent place to stay.

Just disgusting. Stains on the sheets. Piss on the floor. Management was no where and didn’t speak English and just walked away. I stayed one night and left. There is NO hot water- not even warm water. There was rust on the floor from the fridge. They had stuffed 2 pillows together to get a normal pillow. My room had multiple drywall patches and miss matched paint. There was a condom under the bed The photos are not real. I have a 5 min video and worse yet Expedia has been terrible to work with for a refund! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The room was terrible. I felt unsafe in the area and the room had no deadbolt no fire alarm which is illegal. It said no smoking but it was very evident that this was a smoking room. There were stains on the walls, the doors, the bed. I told the clerk I felt unsafe and he didn’t offer a refund. I will be reporting to the better business bureau. Please don’t stay here.

We drofe for 3 houres to find the motel ,called could ot find it. Drof around in a circle ,up & down. So l called the hotel & gave them the location from the gas station we were ! On are google map it said were 2min away. I called the motel to get directions & told himare location, the person on the phone could not help either. So l asked him to cancel my reservation & get me m money back. So l dont o if he did. I checked in to a different hotel. Im very disappointed with the servic ! I round are hole evening in beautiful Nashville 😪😱😭

The WiFi was was good, the bed was comfortable the staff were friendly enough but that's the only good thing to say about the location. The area around the hotel didn't feel safe. The door to my room didn't have a latch, I think someone stole the desk chair before I came here, certain parts of the room looked close to the point of falling apart. Expedia said they would have a continental breakfast but all I got was a small package of mini doughnuts and a cup of coffee. The smoke detector probably needed a battery replacement.

Got to room, sat on bed for 5 minutes talking on the phone, took a shower, the ceiling in the shower has holes from missing plaster and full of mold, came out to get dressed and saw a roach on the wall, followed it and there was 20+ behind the TV then hotel refused to refund me for room. Left and went next door to best western, best extra $30 I could have spend. Americas best……more like americas sub par

The room was not up to par. The doer would not lock. The smoke detector was missing. The bathroom fan was missing. The room was dirty. There were multiple flies. I did not feel safe or comfortable staying over night. Though I understand that it was a cheap motel, I’ve been stayed in much nicer motels than this. I would not recommend staying here to anybody.

Starker Geruch! War dem Herren in der Rezeption bekannt, ”können wir nicht ändern!“ Angeblich mehrere Zimmer betroffen. Am linken Flügel geparkt, roch es nach Marihuana. Zimmer gebucht, spät abends angekommen, mussten wir die eine Nacht bezahlen. Ich komme seit mehr als 15 Jahren in dieses Motel, mag die Umgebung und in der Vergangenheit auch das ABV. In dem Zustand leider nicht mehr!

This place is a dump. Crime ridden area of town. The only pictures that are close to accurate is the outside. My door rattled due to being kicked in (i assume), so many times. The inside security lock was sheared off the door. The curtains have never been washed. The room smelled like it was smoked in for 100 years. I lasted an hour there. Checked out and they wouldnt give mebmy money back! 450 bucks down the toilet. I'd give it negative stars if i could.

Room bedsheets were stained and dirty looking including the pillow cases. One bed looked like someone had slept in it and just put comforter back over. Door was unsecureable. Curtain had MOLD. Bathroom had holes in wall.My daughter had to plug holes with tissue. At this point I decided not to stay. While I was at the Office explaining to the Clerk at the beginning that I had reservation for 2 double beds. He was trying to give a King an insisted I had reserved a King. After showing him my reservation of 2 double he finally gave me the room. But we encountered all the problems. I asked for a total refund but stated that the Manager would call me. As of 13 October 2025 I have not received a call. My daughter to pictures and am trying to download them to this site.
