Loved our stay at The Haven. The hosts were very responsive. Just a block or two away from the Hop On Hop Off stop, which I recommend as well. A block away is The Snooze restaurant, where we had a great breakfast.

The apartment was perfect for the four of us. It was very clean, had plenty of towels, the pool area was great! Close to Broadway area but far enough away! Communication with owner was very easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and very close to all the action, only 1 key fob to get into the building which was a bit of an issue if you want to do things separately from your party but aside from that I’d highly recommend

We stayed in July when temps were 90 degrees. Upon entering the apartment we were hit with hot humid air. We assumed the cleaners had just left because the floors were wet from mopping. It was so humid in the apartment it took 2 hours for the floors to dry. We thought maybe they had just turned on the A/C and it would cool off soon enough. An hour later when the temp in the apartment went up instead of down I contacted the host. We let them know that the A/C wasn’t working. They said they would put in a maintenance request. No ETA given. One member of our party has a health condition that causes them to have low tolerance for heat. Therefore, I let the host know that if the A/C could not be repaired we would need a refund so that we could find other accommodations. We told them we would reach back out after we came back from dinner. That would give them time to see if it could be a quick fix. After dinner we came back and it was even hotter. We let the host know and asked if someone was coming to fix it. They stopped communicating. We requested a refund and declined to give us a refund. I do not recommend working with these host as they do not care about guests’ comfort. The apartment itself was clean, but mattresses were the worst Ive seen. Bedding was dirty. 2 towels were dirty and no towels in the kitchen. Pool was dirty also. Major HWY right outside bedroom window. Terrible experience. Really put a damper on our trip.
