We had to ask the front desk for sheets/a comforter for the pull out couch. (Not a huge deal). We appreciate the breakfast! The smell of the room, furniture quality and bathroom cleanliness over all was a little… disconcerting. We had a room to sleep in on our way to Florida at a decent price! It did the intended purpose.

We had a really bad experience at check-in at the hotel we originally reserved and cancelled and were very thankful to find this hotel and get their last room. Especially during CMA Fest week. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, our room was spacious and clean and they had a nice spread for their continental breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!

The entire staff I encountered was extremely nice & helpful from the shuttle driver, front desk, & housekeeping as well as the manager. The rooms were clean & ready for occupancy upon arrival. The check in/out process was smooth & speedy. I’d definitely recommend this location.
