Horrible stay.... Arrived on a night it was 40 degrees and the heat didn't work in the room. There also weren't any curtains in the room. When i called to notify the front desk I was told they were completely booked so they couldnt change my room and no one was there to fix the heat. I asked for a refund and was told to speak with management the following morning. Being i was there for basketball tournament weekend I decided to tough out the night. The next morning i went to shower and the whole faucet fell off. I went on down to check out and discuss my stay with management. The manager straight up lied to my face saying he would refund half my money but my receipt would be sent via expedia. So i asked to take a pic of the screen showing he'd refund me. It wasnt until a week after not getting refunded that i looked back at the pic. Well plain as day it showed he didn't hit checkout so he obviously changed it after i left. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and again i only stayed because most hotels in the area were already booked. Its sad that the manager lied knowing all that was wrong.

States two nights for an anniversary visit to San Antonio. The hotel is average yet the balcony suites are nice. However, the staff is incredibly unhelpful and the general manager the most so. We requested as specified to have our room serviced while we were away for our second day Stay. They did not change the sheets. They did not take the trash. They only brought us fresh towels. When we called to find out why they didn’t change the sheets, but just made the bed with dirty sheets. They offered to bring a sheets that evening, so we could change our own sheets! When I spoke to the general manager about it the next day he said it was their policy not to change sheets for the first night of a stay unless specifically requested on a multiple day stay even though we had requested as specified in text messages to put a placard on the door for our room to be service. Lazy staff horrible customer service. Do not stay you’ve been warned.
So much lint and dirt in the bathroom exhaust fan cover the bathroom will not ventilate. Terrible management and housekeeping staff that would allow this to go on.
I had to pull the vent cover away from the wall to get any relief of steam and odors in the room.
Here’s a quick video of a few things. But be clear even after requesting to have our room serviced on a two day stay no fresh sheets were put on the bed. They left dirty sheets and just made the bed and dropped off towels. No floor sweep

There were absolutely no dishes, no utensils, nothing at all in the kitchen to cook. I specifically book a place with a kitchen to be able to cook but the kitchen was completely emply.

The stair way which was opened air was littered with bird poop and cigarette butts. The first room had a huge water puddle in the middle of the room. The Second room the ceiling had a large water stain.

There was no one at the desk to check in (at 6 pm, so not a crazy hour). When the person finally came, he didn’t apologize for the delay or even ask “How can I help you?” He just stood there looking at us like we were putting him out. The free breakfast consists of only oatmeal and coffee next to the front desk. There is no coffee maker in the room, and no cups. The pillows are flat, and only 1 per person.

The staff was rude and I saw roaches in the kitchen and bathroom and on the wall beside the bed. The table looked like if you bumped into it it would fall apart all the legs were bent in and the room could have been cleaner.

Expedia let us down with this hotel. We rely a lot on Expedia's expertise and experience with verifying hotel credentials. They failed with this hotel! So many things were wrong. This hotel does not deserve a good rating. At check-in, they entered our card information incorrectly which locked out our card for the next 24 hours. For room amenities, the website stated this room has a coffee/tea maker, cookware, dishware, utensils. There were none of these things in the room. There weren't even any hangers. There was a rack for hangers, but no hangers! The hotel On-the-go breakfast was supposed to last until 9:30am, but they ended it at 9:00am. This is a pet friendly hotel that wasn't supposed to have a fee according to the website, but we were charged additional fees. Which is extremely frustrating because this is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The WiFi wasn't working when we checked into our room and remained off for quite a while. The next day, WiFi went off again for a longer period. There are more things, but too much to list. This is by far the worst hotel experience we've encountered.

Overall the room is was ok. Upon check in, the room I booked wasn’t available. The bath tub had a very slow drain so a shower ended up being a bath. One of the stovetops stop functioning mid stay. The TV also had static. Overall, the room was clean and the staff were kind.
