"We checked in with the pleasant front desk staff and were told about the daily happy hour at their hotel bar. We didn't waste any time and headed over to see what they had to offer. They had a sign reading $5.00 bottled and canned beer. My wife and I each ordered two beers and when we received our bill, we were charged full price. We questioned the bar tender and his exact words were "oh....that's an old sign". He proceeded to try to scratch out the $ amount with his nails. We told him "certainly you need to honor the price that is 2 feet in front of us". He dismissively said, "no, I don't". We paid the bill and left zero tip. The room and hotel was well maintained and clean however....we never once received maid service to the room. Per the hotels guidelines, maid service is done on the third day of your trip. With that said, we didn't receive anything. The breakfast was fine but it was the same exact thing everyday with the exception of the potatoes changed from hash browns to home fries. The hotel was fine but we may try something different on our next stay."
