It was my first time in Nashville and I’m already planning on heading back! The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the whole stay. The hotel was centrally located but at the same time offered some privacy from the central city areas. The rooms were more than comfortable and clean as well. Definitely staying here again.

Everything was very clean in the room. Condition of entire hotel was very clean and kept up. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to jump on and off interstate and still have quite surrounding area of the hotel. Would stay there again.

Very safe and nice area to stay. Lobby area was very nice and welcoming. Staff were super friendly on arrival. The room itself was very nice with plenty of room and a full kitchen. Very quiet during the night which was excellent. The only con was the a/c in the room. It didn’t get anywhere near as cool as we would’ve preferred and would not go any lower than 73 degrees. By the time we realized this, it was too late to bother with trying to get maintenance or change rooms. I would most definitely stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful. It was brand new. Continental breakfast was excellent. The best part might be the free shuttle within a 4 mile radius. You just call for drop off and pick up. It was awesome! I highly recommend this hotel!

We did a 2 night stay. The location is great. Quiet, kind of off the beaten path but that is what we wanted. Residence Inn offers a shuttle within a 4 mile radius and we took it downtown. So we were able to enjoy downtown without the hustle and bustle.
