"Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were not made aware of the “resort fee” until there. We were charged $30 a night and told that we would have access to an index card full of items. The lobby lemon water was very nice, especially on hot days, but often empty towards the end of the night. The cookies were often empty as well. We did get $5 credit in the store in the lobby each day. Unfortunately, we often stayed out past midnight and could not cash in on that. Lol. I never once saw the live lobby music offered either but the overall vibe in the lobby was nice. I didn’t love the idea of this resort fee as it was not something we could choose if we wanted. The rooms were clean and kept up with daily. Water was forgotten once or twice but we were able to go downstairs to get some (albeit not cold). The Broadway view was a little blocked by buildings in front of us but we could see lights and one rooftop from afar. The pool was not the best. Small and could have been more clean. The pool bar was very basic as well. One of the machines wasn’t working and the one bartender was too busy making virgin frozen drinks for the kids to attend to the adults quickly. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helped me with my allergies without concern. Location was very close to Broadway, perfect distance to walk at night, safely. There was a lot to do in the area as well."

"Room was great, clean. Blinds were a bit tired. Great bedding and towels. Decent breakfast. For a hotel that gets as much traffic as it does it is still in very good shape. I travel a lot and was surprised that they insisted on charging the $35 to check in 1.5 hours early. That kind of starts things off on a bit of a sour note. I probably would book here again if I return to Nashville because of one thing, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! Close to the action to walk everywhere but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, but we had a problem with our toilet backed up. We couldn’t get a plugger until the next morning. Breakfast was hot and fresh. I didn’t use the bar so I can’t speak about the bar. The hotel has van service that will take and pick you up from downtown until 11:30pm/11:45pm. This is a stellar amenity."
