Great location near broadway and very clean and modern rooms. Only complaint was the cost of parking at $55+/night, we ended up finding public lot parking a short walk away for significantly cheaper
I loved this property! Fairly new & everything is updated. I love the room they gave me although I had to change it because it wouldn’t open the 2nd day I was there. It’s away from all the noise but still close even walking distance yo bars & restaurant. The staff was also very nice & helpful
Great rooms and service from the front desk to cleaning crew.
Bar and food was on point.

We stayed here for 3 nights with 4 girls and it was great. The bartenders and front desk staff were super nice and Harold was so kind. The rooftop and bar were beautiful, with check in and check out being very easy. We will be coming back for our next trip to Nashville.
Elevator situation up to the room was a little confusing but that is quite literally the only complaint I could possibly make. Super cute hotel, loved the rooftop patio and the cappuccino from the coffee shop was superb!
The valet parking was wonderful. $45 Macy price, but it was so convenient and Rick was so helpful to us! The staff was very helpful. I think they’re a bit under staffeded. Great location, short walk to all the action on Broadway!
Very cool chic spot. I loved the cleanliness and food option and drink amenities. The staff was very friendly and was also very much walkable to various restaurants.
The staff was friendly and hotel clean but upon check in me and my family weren’t told about any of the amenities or wifi. Our room had stuff for coffee but no machine, an iron but no ironing board, a/c was broken, and our blinds were off the window. It was also frustrating having only one elevator working. I noticed that they allowed people to smoke away from the building but had no cans or anywhere to put cigarette butts, so it was littered all over the streets.
Clean, comfortable room. Close enough to walk to broadway, but far enough that it was quiet at night. 10/10 would recommend to stay at. If I am ever in Nashville again, I will stay here.
Clean room, efficient check-in and out. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a little tricky learning how to get to the lobby (5th Floor), but all was good. Bartenders were good, too.

Bar looked great but didn’t have a chance to use it.Staff excellent however we do not use
the phones of staff to translate for my needs.
They need to learn the language of this
wonderful country and when you reserve your room you should be notified that you might be asked to talk into phones of staff to communicate. It is just soooo wrong.
Room was clean but small issues should be fixed such as ceiling repairs not finished,
tile hole for shower fixture too large and will
cause water damage to the wall soon,
and drawer to nightstand missing.
Since it was just finished 8 mos ago most of
these things did not bother us but we hope they get this message and fix them to make sure they stay successful.
Very nice stay for a fairly new hotel. Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and felt safe. Walking distance to Nissan stadium, main street area, restaurants and bars. Hotel bar was a plus and they had food until about 9:45ish.
Cons: A few kinks need to be worked out. There was no front desk or housekeeping staff button on the in room phone. No ice bucket or machine in site. I did have to go to the lobby in order to request ice. Elevator was working on and off to get out of the hotel. Had to walk down once to get out of the hotel (5 floors).
Overall, will be back to stay at this hotel. Very nice.
