"The only complaint I have is that it was hard to find ice. We tried several ice machines on different floors and none of them worked. We finally went to the front desk and the clerk had to go to the kitchen to get ice because they were unaware of an ice machine that worked."

"It’s a big full service hotel and I thought good value. Large corner room with 2 windows and views. Large bathroom decorated brilliant white. Leather sofa in room. Coffee and pastries available early downstairs Saturday morning as alternative to room service or restaurant. Staff all helpful."

"Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine. Door had gaps (up to 1/2") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. The thermostat on the heater did not shut it off. The floor transition strip to the hot tub area was a trip hazard, and they had to replace the hair dryer. On the 3rd day of our 4 night stay,...

"clean rooms but there were no towels and only one wash cloth. Soap was only body wash soap. It would have been nice if they also had bar soap. To be fair attendant gave us towels after I reached out to them."
