Hotel Best Western di Natick

"There is no pool (though AI said there was). Vending machines did not work BUT they were removed during our stay and being replaced (soon) with a new one. Breakfast was good but would love to see waffle machine to be added to it. Loved yogurt machine if I would not have to click on dispensing button all the time (each click makes the machine work for a sec only). I did not mind the beds like other guests in their reviews. "Booking through Expedia did not offer the same customer service friendly staff as you would booking directly with the hotel. Once the check in issue was resolved, my stay was good. Breakfast buffet was a highlight for our family needs. Would recommend!"
