"Our main issue was that there were no drawers whatsoever in the room. Secondly, even with all the lights turned on, the room was dark. Unless we were sleeping, this was frustrating. I wish they had a coffee bar, since the restaurant was typically busy. We finally received maid service the day before we left - however, they didn't replace the coffee mugs."

Second, while the location is perfect -so much to see in the area -food options are boundless, parking rates are outrageous. "The staff was friendly and helpful, which was great because I was so confused about parking and bags and such. The parking is the only not-5- star aspect. I got there somewhat late (8pm) and the only parking was in an over flow garage around the corner and down the street. The next morning, however, an onsite spot became available, and the onsite parking was super easy. Parking was a bit pricey, at $50 per night.
