"Room was kinda old. Stayed in loft. Took 4 hrs to cool room. In room food was decent. What really bothered me was manager rolled his eyes at me, when i asked a question."

"The area was nice and very accessible to the embassy and other agencies. The only problem was that the moment we entered the room, we were greeted by many cockroaches. The floor and walls had some cracks, and some parts of the floor were open to the other room, which I thought was where the cockroaches came from — they just crossed borders."

"The hotel is just around the corner from the U.S. embassy and is very nicely kept. The staff was amazing and very nice to deal with. If for some reason you were to have any issues please be kind to the staff they're very good, hard working people and if possible tip them well!"

"The rooms were lovely, kids were a bit disappointed since the pool was down for construction, but the new look is awesome!! The only thing I didn’t like is that new management doesn’t allow you to tip who you want anymore (those you feel gave you the best service) and made you feel the most welcome. You are forced to share your tips with all (even those who didn’t give you good service) or were rude (it’s split between all now). But we had a great time…Very Much Recommended.
