"Very comfortable stay. Breakfast on the 3rd floor was amazing, lots of choice and the team in the Crystal Club were as helpful as ever. I have stayed a few times and it’s a great location for business and or a holiday. Rooms are very comfortable. Only downside is the pillows are extremely hard but you can call reception and order a softer pillow, that is delivered promptly. Gym is quite small, but the pool is huge. Overall, 10/10 :) "

"Lovely Hotel in great location. Handy for MRT & buses. Easy riverside walk to city marina bay and gardens. Plenty of eateries in the area and a lovely supermarket in the mall opposite to stock up the fridge. The only downside was small restaurant and no comfy lounge or bar area to relax in other than reception lobby or pool area ( unless you pay a premium for club rooms ). Also don’t buy a tourist card for transport as all buses and mrt take contactless cards ( tap in and out ) .. dirt cheap...

"Nice location, good breakfast. But i was given a smoking room while i requested a non smoking bcs i came with my kids. 2nites staying in smelly room. :("

"Exactly next to the hotel there's a bencoleen MRT station which make easier to travel. The receptionist was offering a breakfast package with a lot of benefits that usefull. Breakfast menu was good. Room can't be considered big but sufficient for family with one child below 7 years. They can offer early check in should the room is available. An enjoyable staying experience with Rendezvouz and would like to come back for more."

"we had an amazing stay. the ckeck-in was quick, janet at the reception was very helpful. the location was perfect. close to Singapura Mall, train/subway,bus stops was very near. Lots of restaurants in the area. check-out was just amazing the Manager assisted us in getting a ride. rooms was just the right size for us. bed was comfortable,pillows were great. bathroom was nice. complimentary water was given everyday"
