"Booked this home and then called the number provided for check in instructions and was told it was occupied and we could not check in. Seems very unorganized so if you need a place to stay would not rely on this place. Cannot speak to the property condition as we were never there."

"The room was nice and clean, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and it was nice having the seating area out the back. One thing. I wished that all the outside doors to enter into the building were by card key only, people staying there only with their room keys. The back entrance key pad did not work and was unlocked."

"Room and amenities were very clean and in great condition, staff were friendly as well! No breakfast included but that wasn’t a problem for us as each room had a coffee machine and fridge. There was always parking, even at night when everyone returned to the hotel. Great stay overall."

"I get to the hotel like 10pm the girl in front desk very mice but when I get to my room the bathroom was disgusting with a lot mold and the sheet was full with hair I have to change the sheets and clean the room I do like the room but they have a lot of problems with cleaning and maintenance. I never going to stay there."

"Hard to find a parking space at night. Parking spaces blocked with no reason. I did’n see nobody working on it."

"I did not stay. My room was not fully ready, my toilet did not work, the staff was unable to make room keys and had to let me in. They did not have another room available. The staff did not have answers or directions. I was left to fend for myself. Expedia was not available for an actual conversation. The online chat and phone numbers could not help. I left the hotel and went to a sister hotel. My bank is currently disputing the charges because I had to pay in pull at the new hotel."

"$32 a day for parking as a Hilton Honors member was a little much. Managers Reception/Happy Hour was nice but should be for Adults Only. Some parents were letting their kids make dinner out of the buffet snacks. But overall a nice stay in a good location."
