"We had checked into our room and unpacked only to discover within a few hours that the heat wasn’t working. It was a cold evening so we had to repack everything and move to the room next door. We had a lot of stuff with us plus our cat and it was a pain in the neck. We were exhausted from driving 9 hours that day.
