"Room 321 had bug beds. Staff person Mo, laughed and did want to move us at first. Basically I had to demand to get changed. Was grated the change to room 403. Found that room to be filthy and smelly. I have pictures to prove the bed bugs and the room bed filthy. Would not recommend staying here. Quite frankly I want a refund. "
