The resort was very clean . People were very friendly. Kylie in the reception area is the best ! She was always there to give you a drink. I didn’t think the food at buffet was the best . They had a lot of choices so you could always find something to eat.

Hotel Riu Negril - All Inclusive
The resort was excellent! Great beach, clean rooms and facilities. Food was great and the staff were friendly. The only draw back was getting reservations for some of the restaurants. Otherwise, we had an amazing vacation at Hotel Riu Negril.

Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa All Inclusive
This was our first time in Jamaica and we are SO happy with our stay. I am always a bit weary of hotels but this one was great, clean and welcoming. The beach and pool were clean as well. Staff was very attentive and nice.

Hotel Riu Palace Tropical Bay - All Inclusive
Will be nice sun shade in the beach, because the sun is very hot and has few shade from the trees. The dryer in the room wasn’t working. The employees are amazing.
