"Our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. However, we had an interior facing room which wasn’t really clear upon booking. Spending a night in a downtown area usually includes enjoying the city lights at night and no window facing outside was disappointing. We did get a free upgrade at check in but I probably wouldn’t have accepted it had I known we would be starting at a void of interior space, doesn’t seem like a true upgrade."
