"We stayed in a teepee which also included access to a personal RV for bathroom, shower, kitchen, electricity, etc. You can tell the owners put in great attention to detail and amenities to make this a unique and exciting experience. It ended up being very windy the night we stayed, sustained north winds of over 25 mph. "My stay at the Plaza was excellent. However, I made the regrettable mistake of dining at the restaurant found within the hotel called The Plaza Grill and Tavern where I was treated so poorly that instead of extending my stay for a second night I left early. The Plaza Hotel would do well to completely disassociate itself from the Plaza Grill and Tavern. In fact, I will not return to the Plaza Hotel so long as a certain employee named Brian at the Plaza Grill and Tavern is still employed there....

"We arrived to see the fire dept blocked both hotel drive entrances. We waited an hour with no word. A fire dept vehicle left freeing the drive, so we drove in the lot. We were immediately stopped and directed to evacuate- still no word from the hotel. I went up and asked a fire dept official what is happening, a has leak. An hour later I canceled reservation and went to another hotel."
