"The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. "

"The staff was excellent, friendly and responsive to our needs. The Carousel Bar was beautiful and so much fun we ended up staying there for about two hours. The hotel was in the heart of the quarter, but not noisy because it was just around the corner from where the action was. If you want a perfect place to stay, try the Hotel Monteone"

It seems some of the rooms have been updated but in our room there were a few issues: automatic blinds were in poor shape and did not work, and thermostat didn’t really control the temp. Sliding door in the bathroom may be aesthetically interesting, but has no sound barrier so make sure you are very close with your roommates. "Spotless! Excellent staff all around! Comfortable rooms! Spacious bathroom! Removable shower head (easier to bathe the children)! Hotel burger was delicious! "

"The room was ok. The only had half glass so water splashed out the whole time. And the shower "screamed" a horrible squeeling noise when the water was on. No relaxing showers.We had to keep towels down on yhe. Also, random stairs after you got off the elevator.... because we had a suite it was different then a regular room."
