"The staff were helpful and friendly. Everything else was just fine. However, what's up with the placement of the faucets in the bathroom sink?"

"Clean and comfy."

Another room had a gray water backflow issue and they had to evacuate. This gurgling sink in our room kept us up all night our first night. There was no place to move to in order to avoid it. "Clean, friendly, and GREAT food."

"Would recommend. Very good location."

"Everything about the stay was adequate and unremarkable."

"The most perfect location! Loved it! You do have to pay for parking in the garage nearby."

"Terrible beds - you can feel the mattress springs. Stairwells are dirty. Poor performance shower head. Room was clean and everything was in good working order."

"A wall for a view no blow dryer"

"Great location. Easy to get to the battlefield from the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable."

"Have stayed at Altland House many times and ate at the wonderful restaurant as well as the basement bar a number of times too. It is always excellent!"

"The sausage and "eggs" were a disappointment. Hot oatmeal would add a nice touch."

"Kind staff"

"Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was average. It would be nice to have an option for choosing a ground floor room when booking since there are only stairs for getting to the second floor."

"This building has not been well maintained. It's time for repairs all around."
