"I called for help and front desk promised to come but never showed up. The electric cattle wasn't working."

"This hotel was very poor and we regret booking it. Staff clearly did not care - we had no TV remote for 3 hours and had to ask multiple times for them to find a replacement. Staff sat on their phones claiming they were too busy to help. Our room was cleaned in a rush - there were clumps of fluff/dust on the tables and dirt on some of the bedding. They weren't able to, and the only solution they offered was a downgrade to a smaller room where the TV was placed on top of a wardrobe in the corner...

"The property is a 3 minute drive from the airport but it's not walkable, so you must take one of their shuttles which drives every 15 minutes. The hotel itself is nice but the heater in my room wasn't working."

"Dining room staff were not good at taking an order for an evening meal and following up that the meal had been delivered to the table. The vegetables and fries were cool indicating that perhaps the meal was waiting around. There were not many smiles either. Conversely the reception staff were excellent. they helped with changing the room to a twin and to help organise a tour for the following morning. They also had lovely smiles as did the breakfast staff. Excellent omelette."

"I booked on Expedia but there must have been a glitch in the system.The booking reflected one instead of two occupants. That meant that only my husband could have breakfast. Even through the room was expensive the staff didn’t try to resolve the issue so I could have breakfast. When we went to grab a Bolt downtown for 200 Zar, the front door staff tried discouraging us saying it could be dangerous and wanted to hook us up with a taxi for 600 Zar. "The hotel was great except for the room design. I traveled with one other person and had a room with one king bed. The trouble is that there was no privacy for the shower area (door opens directly into main area), and there are mirrors everywhere. If you want privacy from traveling companions in the shower / toilet area, you might want to research the room designs more carefully when making your reservation. Also, our room was close to the elevators, which we heard chiming throughout the night....
