"The property is very clean and the staff are highly professional! The room was very large and well worth it for the price charged! The bathroom was a huge spa bathroom with a huge bathtub. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Great place to stay if you have limited mobility like I do because the elevators work well. The shuttle service is excellent and prompt. Very pleased with my stay and will return in the near future!"

"It was just ok. Interior of the building needs a major overhaul. Very old looking and outdated. Even the rooms need a major upgrade and the carpet is terrible in the room. Need extra soaps shampoo and body creams to be readily available. No face cloths available in the room. Everything was extremely limited. "

"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to several maintenance and service issues. The bathroom sink was clogged, and I couldn’t even brush my teeth without the water backing up, which was extremely unpleasant. The shower head was also not functioning properly, making it difficult to have a proper shower. Additionally, I ordered wings as a snack, and they were quite poor in quality—definitely not what I expected. Overall, these issues significantly affected my experience. I hope the hotel...

"Breakfast was good with a nice variety. The location is perfect with a back entrance to Zone One and Rosebank Mall with many restaurants and shops available. "

"Hotel is in a good location. Pool was out of action for the 11 nights in which I stayed. Food menu was limited and average. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large. The hotel is old and it shows. The hotel is good value for money. Shame about the pool being out of action. Wifi is good. "
