My room 140 was dusty and bathroom needed better clean.i do understand somedays it might be busier then others and is not possible to deepclean however...

"I have booked two rooms for a friend and family member who visited us here in Bromsgrove. The party was very happy with their stay at the Bromsgrove Spa Hotel, the rooms were spacious, staff have been very friendly and they had a wonderful time. They did not like the smell of the shower gel in the bathroom. Suggestion: It would have been better if I had a choice at the time of booking to book a room with a shower as they both had a bath which made it difficult to climb in and out of the bath"

Allowed my family who live locally to pay for a breakfast so they could join us which was an added bonus . Overall very pleased. "We arrived later than i booked, we were welcomed and put at ease, taken to our room, which was very clean and later than we were expecting. We had a lovely sleep on a comfortable bed. Breakfast was full English cooked to our requirements. Sue the owner was very helpful. We will definitely be going back."
