"Staff were very helpful and were always positive. The location can't be beat if you're there to see Broadway - exit the door and go 10 steps down the road and you're standing in Times Square. Downside was the hotel could use an update. It was a pricey booking and I was expecting better considering there are other options in the area where we've stayed in the past."

I was shocked at how quiet the rooms were especially since the hotel is in close proximity to Times Square. We felt a million miles away from the hustle and bustle even though it was steps away. We stayed in a "Cozy" room and it felt much larger than 130 square feet. The design and efficiency plus the feng shui of the space made it feel like home. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything, with easy access to subway stations and nearby attractions, which made getting around super convenient. I also appreciated the security measures; after a certain time, they check room keys, which made me feel safe during my stay. Overall, I was very happy with my experience and had no complaints....

"Loved our stay! Clean, spacious room and great location - close to Central Park, 5th Ave, Rockefeller Center, with a subway station almost right next door. Very comfortable bed, room was cleaned every day, and staff were helpful (although some of them were not very friendly). Our room was at the back of the property so not so great views but we didn’t really mind it as it means it was quiet. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in NYC!"
