"Great location in 51st and 7th ave….3 minute walk to Times Square and 10 minute walk to Central Park. Right in the Theater District as well. Kendrick at the main desk was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was very large for NY standards. It was a bit dated, but very comfortable. The only downside to the property was no in room coffee. It was our second stay there, and we would definitely go back. The doorman was also very helpful and pleasant....

"Rooms are smaller than you might think judging by pictures (story as old as time) but everything was nice and clean. $20 credit to the rock shop was nice but they only had a few sizes left in almost all of their branded t shirts so I wasn’t able to get one."

"Zero complaints! Great place for a quick stay! The staff was very friendly and professional. Property is clean. Despite the size of the room it was very comfortable and quiet! I honestly can’t say I’ve stayed anywhere where I didn’t hear something, but it is very quiet here. Location is walkable to literally anywhere. I would definitely stay again."

"The staff were amazing, attentive, polite and just wonderful. The room was clean, comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom and shower was great. And refreshing, especially since NYC was having a heat wave. Reception provided bottles or water, complimentary. The bar was fun, and service and food delicious. We had breakfast each morning and it was amazing. You must try the multigrain bread. Fabulous! Overall 5/5 and we will gladly stay here again on our next NYC trip."

"A very charming and enjoyable hotel for our stay in New York. It's literally right off of Time's Square, which also means right on Broadway, the reason for our stay. It was in walking distance of all of the theatres and even other locations like the Museum of Modern Art. The staff was very courteous and helpful at all hours, no matter how early or late. I intend to stay here again on my next visit."

"Front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Sheryl (don’t know if that is how she spells her name) was particularly helpful and just very friendly and professional. The housekeeping could use some help but otherwise it was an overall great stay. Everyone from the reception to the valet/bell were very friendly. The valet arranged for a yellow cab to pick me up at 4am for my flight which was much better than an Uber pickup so I appreciated that. The rooms were very spacious and...

"The room was generally satisfactory; however, there were a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom did not have an anti-slip mat, and the shower enclosure only partially covered the shower area, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. This created a slippery and potentially unsafe condition after showering. Additionally, considering the room rate, I was surprised that basic complimentary amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided."
