"The mattress and one of the pillows were very comfortable. I had a good night sleep. The surrounding of the property is not very nice. It’s a very basic facility that provides no additional service whatsoever. I couldn’t even find a single cup in the room. The staff at the front desk were not friendly or helpful. The person in charge of luggage was the most friendly person there."

"A fabulous place to stay! Great for a couple or solo traveler.. Very Clean, Friendly well informed staff! I took advantage of the laundry facility. Tap your card and use. Very quiet location.... Your in The West Village, very near Chelsea ,many restaurants and shopping... Thanks for a great stay!"

"Every thing was nice and clean, My only complaint was the bed. it was hard and not the comfortable bed you expect for the price 200 a night! oh and the coffee tasted like wet sock!!! so yea it was ok oh and they doubled charged my card with a $250 holding fee! I hope that gets put back into my card as i bought booked the hotel with you guys."
