"Beautiful hotel! This was our 3rd stay and it's always wonderful! The staff is always very helpful. The rooms are clean. Madison Square Garden is just diagonally across the street, with plenty of wonderful restaurants to eat at before and after any show at the garden!"

"Great hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, the shower was clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
The only thing missing was a mini fridge. During the hot weather, it would have been nice to have a place to keep drinks cold.
Overall, we had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again."

"Belle petite hôtel à 2 min de time square. Elle est très propre quand même assez calme. Les chambres sont beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos qu’il montre mais confortable. Difficultés avec le service notre frigidaire dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas on a appelé à 2 reprises là réception mais il ne son jamais venu voir le problème."

"Website was incorrect. No beverages in lobby. No pool. No rooftop area for guests.
Took one hour and three calls just to get coffee brought to room. No food and beverage service provided by hotel as advertised."
