The staff was AMAZING!! Everyone was so helpful with assisting us in navigating the subway and the general area. Very personable and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. The location was great and the parking garage the hotel uses is in great proximity and not a far walk to the hotel.

Heat was not properly working in the unit. After I called maintenance, they did come upstairs to look at it. However, they could not fix the issue at that time & promised a space heater. They never brought the space heater up. No smart TVs in the room.
