"We only stayed for one end-of-trip night after 8 days in Saratoga Springs and Rhinebeck, but we would love to come back for a longer stay. This spacious and beautifully appointed suite was just a dream. We read in front of the gas fire after dinner, and slept well. "Springside was the perfect place for our stay. Sean and Beth are such amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome and at home. It felt like staying at a friend’s house. The room was awesome with a jacuzzi and small kitchenette. Great location between three cool towns of Aurora, Auburn, and Skaneateles. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area or surrounding towns. "

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
