Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
"The room was dated and had damage and mold. The elevator situation was miserable. We had to wait a lot, have traveled a lot and stayed in a variety of places and this was the only hotel Iv seen do elevators this way. Needs updating"

"The hotel staff were very nice. The only issue I had was they had one valet driver that serviced 3 properties. They said it would take 30-60 minutes for us to get our car. The staff claims it’s because of the hour we checked out which was 6am. That’s still seems unreasonable, given the fact it was ..."

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
"Great location though it was loud at night because of the crowd outside at MSG. Property is a little worn but fine for a short stay. Subway lines and Penn Station are across the street, so it’s so easy to get places. The attached Tick Tock Diner had really good breakfasts."
