"Make sure your door closes behind you. We came back and the door was not closed all the way, I noticed this when we first arrived. I think it was a heat on the time we were there, I am sure the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat expected over July 4th weekend."

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
"Very clean and pleasant staff. Great location to subway. Our shower was awful. The water pressure is insane, not relaxing at all. Felt like being sprayed with a fire hose. No water bottle filler, which would have been so awesome!"

"The beds are not at all comfortable ( but they say the most comfortable bed ever- NOT!!)The television has hardly any channels-You cannot even watch a local sports team without a subscription. Stay at Midtown 45 by Wyndham in Manhattan, way better for about the same price. Will NOT be back. One more ..."
