"Well, there were no towels in the bathroom, and the room doesn't come with a coffee maker or bottled water. I don't know if I've ever stayed in a hotel that didn't have these items. When we mentioned it to somebody at the front desk, she told us that this wasn't a five-star hotel so don't expect ..."
