The staff was great! The parking was cheaper than any other hotel in the area. The valet was actually cheaper than other self-parks in the area. Room was ok! The Lucerne Hotel
The room was spacious, clean, well-serviced and great value. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative is that the hotel only has 2 elevators, one of which is taken out of service at times during the day for the hotel’s needs, and that causes back-up
