"WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. During a genuine medical emergency with my best friend hospitalized, I spent hours trying to move a reservation by one single day. The hotel had availability. I was not asking for a refund — only minimal flexibility. Instead, they hid behind policy and demanded consent letters, credit card ID, and even a doctor's note while I was sitting in a hospital dealing with an emergency. "Great views. Staff were great. Issue with the hot tub the first night there but was fixed the second night just too crowded to use. Large spacious rooms - very clean. Beds were quite squishy. Could be updated. "
