"The room was massive and clearly newly decorated. It was let down on the first night by the previous occupants filthy towels still being in the room. The other major issue with the room is the noise. The room is at the front of the hotel and the noise from the revellers outside and the sound system just below the room meant no sleep. There should be a new word for places that charge you to stay but you can’t actually get any sleep. On the plus side the staff were friendly and the cocktails...

"Stayed only 1 night in a Double room this time and it was generously spacious with a kitchenette and huge bathroom at either end. Shower over bath too powerful to keep water sprays in but no time to indulge in the bath! Had 3 large windows looking down on the busy quayside traffic but soundproof windows worked. Good location if you don’t mind walking up to the centre & great for exploring the Quayside. Small reception area with some soft chairs & tables for waiting around. Usually staffed by...

"We liked the central location of the hotel. Queen Bedroom was comfortable and clean. Good air conditioning. Staff were helpful and smiling. The breakfast was excellent. There's no car parking with the hotel but a discounted rate was given for Times Square car park 10 minutes walk from the hotel."
