Hotel Murah di Newington

"Stayed Saturday October 3, 2026. The power was out except for emergency lights, and it was just this Holiday Inn building’s issue. At check in the front desk staff indicated the lights were out, it should just be a few hours, and offered a $50 discount on the room. We decided to stay but it wasn’t just the lights, there was no electricity whatsoever - no air conditioning so the room was too warm, no refrigerator so we had to eat what we had so it wouldn’t spoil, no tv, no power to recharge...

"We had to move our room 3 times because the air conditioners did not work. Couldn’t take a shower because we never got hot water even though we let it run for 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. Good parking"

"Room was very clean and breakfast was excellent. Staff were polite and friendly."

"The walls of the shower had a bit of black mold growing on them. More toiletries in the room like a shower cap and Cotten puffs would be nice . Westin should just charge an extra $5 a night and have free coffee The line for coffee was so long! Staff was wonderful!!"

"Feels like it is a brand new hotel. Very clean and nicely located in the middle of everything."

"Hot water did not come quickly - had to call to have someone address . he Said needed to run 20 minutes turning off and on - really ?? Finally got hot water- certainly not expected at a 4 star hotel . Everything else was fine except . queen bed did seem a bit small ."

"1. We were there for 4 nights. Two of those days we wanted room service and we took the do not disturb sign off the door. Both day housekeeping did not come. When I called the front desk to complain, they looked at the records and said that housekeeping had notated the do not disturb sign on the door both days, which is absolutely false. I will give the front desk credit in that they did give us two complimentary breakfasts on the last day to help make up for no housekeeping during our stay - 2....

"Excellence is what this property delivers. I am a Marriott Titanium Member and although this isn’t a Marriott property, I still include this in my top hotels I travel to. Very clean and above standards."
