"Pool wasnt open had boxes piled in the area,the public reatroom was closed,my room was supposed to be on 1st floor i got put on the 2nd floor all the way on the end of the hallway im handicapped and the bathroom did have bars in the shower,the bed was so high i couldnt fet in it i had to crawl on the end of it and then try to scoot onto the bed to sleep which is very difficult since i have a bad leg "
