"I am normally not one to complain about anything however, the hallways and room at this hotel smell like mold and smoke. When we walked into the lobby upon arrival a guest was allowing her dog to urinate on the lobby carpet in front of the front desk rep and nothing was said to the guest. Carpet was never cleaned. Our TV had hardly any service during our stay, Maintenance came up once to fix it and the issue kept occurring. Our room key card had to be reset at least twice a day during our stay...

"Difficult to find the property with huge highway construction going on right across the street. (obviously out of the facility's control) Stairways to all rooms make accessibility difficult. Also, hallways need brighter lighting and carpeting. (who chose that carpet??) The combination of low light and dark carpet made stairways treacherous. Ice machines were not operating. Breakfast food was very limited in choices and quantity. Staff at counter was very helpful and welcoming. The room...

"When I arrived at the hotel at 1245 PM and asked if my room might be ready, the gentleman at the front desk said yes it was already clean and ready, but if I wanted to check in I'd have to pay an extra $50 for "early check in" before 4 PM. I questioned this fee since the room was already clean, if I hadn't requested that a room be ready when I arrived why would I be charged extra? He insisted this was the hotel's policy, even though I found out later that several team mates who arrived earlier...

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property is under construction but very conveniently located. Unfortunately, the noise outside at the restaurants across the street was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep."

"Checking in was fast. Staff were professional and pleasant. Clean overall. However our room had a broken curtain rod and the curtain was stained. Air conditioner was very loud making it difficult to sleep throughout the night. I believe this property is non-smoking, but there were people outside the main entrance smoking. We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter a non-smoking building….I didn’t appreciate that as a non-smoker. No breakfast at this motel."

"I expected better. Overall, the stay was OK. The facility was clean, but the room could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. There was dirt in the corners of the room. The fixtures in the bath were dated and worn. The towel hooks on the door were hanging off and the safety rail on the bathtub had rusted screws. They only service the room every two days, but we're very accommodating when we asked for fresh towels. The breakfast buffet was minimal and t items such as the home fries were cold....

"I’ve stayed at this hotel often. Location location location. This time my room seems to have been renovated. The bathroom specifically. Looks to be mostly new. And despite World Cup soccer and weddings and business meetings the property felt wide open and spacious. Parking is a little more expensive this time. The front desk staff and coffee shop cafe staff are permanently happy and smiling. I will be staying here again."
