I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. Bed was too soft for me. I ordered room service for breakfast once, and was disappointed as it came in a paper bowl and...

"Reception staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The whole place was spotless. I particularly liked the linen which was really sumptuous and the bed was lovely. The breakfast offered a variety of foods and was tasty, but the only drawback to the whole stay was that I would have enjoyed breakfast more if the "hot" dishes had actually been hot! Nevertheless, I will certainly return. "

"We stayed in the Bertie suite and it was just amazing!! Loved the design, the colors and style and also loved that the LIVER building was right in view with the river Mersey right there. The breakfast was inclusive and was yummy and they even let me take a tray up to my family who were still in bed. just a perfect stay! ticked every box for us.10/10"
