"Such a wonderful experience staying here. It’s a brand new property, absolutely immaculate. We spent one night there and regret not being able to stay longer. We booked one of their signature “The Level” suites and with sweeping views of the mountains and sea. The staff were very attentive to our needs and made us feel truly welcome especially Hai Vy who checked us in and Thanh Thanh who checked us out. Breakfast was delicious as well! Will definitely come again!"

"Liked the pool and beach best."

"The location isn’t so great but in return the staff are awesome. All the staff from front desk to waiters are very helpful. The waitress Trinh were always on top of things- kindly taking away our plates."

"Outstanding!"

"Swimming closed at 7pm? Thats unacceptable for a resort hotel. It's was beautiful but we couldn't sit in pool , was kicked out by staff multiple times. Super lame . Buffet was the best on this trip but drinks was terrible and extremely limited Room was old and ugly but great size. Bathroom and showers was big Just old looking bedroom. Food was really good and great variety and selection . Beach was so beautiful but since we weee so upset about the pool situation, not coming back ever again ."

"The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and having an on-site massage service was very convenient. However, the refrigerator did not get cold enough, and the air conditioning took some time to cool the room to a comfortable temperature. The room offered a lovely sea view, although it was partially obstructed by the building in front. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be improved."

"Got an upgrade for kids to have attached room , booked room with ocean view and did not disappoint at all. Staff was very helpful and Yen at reception looked after very well too. Will visit again in future"
