At 12:05 get call from hotel saying late. They lied to me saying fully booked and needed service room. I hurried back but they locked me out of room having go down and get key and stressful argument. Later I check their own website and several hotels sites and all types of rooms were available. Was the 30 minutes worth it"

"This was our second stay here as our choice for accommodation. We were lucky to get the same room which was great. The room well set up with kitchen facilities, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Bed comfy too and quiet as well. Did not use the gym on the 10th floor but able to get filtered water for our daily outings. The location is fantastic close to Purple cat stop to get around. We would recommend this hotel for its location and closeness to free public transportation Cats"

"I had a really good experience at this hotel 3 years ago...how things have changed. Basically we had to take the fire stairs the entire trip as the one working lift was either being occupied by the cleaners and their gear or waiting times for lift were to long. downstairs was a construction zone which means breakfast was literally served in a conference room. Finally despite being clearly and unambiguously stated on the "in room dining" menu that child's meals are free with full paid adult...
