"The room looked nothing at all like the website. Pure cement and laminate, the bathroom separated from the shower with space so small the doors don't work. The coffee machine didn't work and they have no breakfast, not even coffee. We paid for late checkout but the cleaning staff still pressured us to leave before the agreed checkout time.
