"We booked online we put that we had a pet. Two days on our stay there I get a call while out w/ family saying I need to come back and get my dog for barking. They try to say I snuck my dog into the hotel, I had proof that we paid for her because the staff was even playing with her throughout the two days there was no issues and when I told her I was with the family at an event I just paid to get in, they said if I did not pick my dog up they were going to call the cops and have them come and get...

"The room was clean, the view was beautiful, and everything else met our expectations. The only downside was the pool area. It felt very cramped, with very little space to walk around, and at times it seemed like a bit of a safety hazard because of how tight everything was. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. Still prefer the enclave to this location as it’s closer to boardwalk and the pool is much nicer."

"Staff was great, loved the pool inside and outside and enjoyed the lazy river. Room was nice and clean with a beach view. The building I was in didn’t have an elevator which I did know before."

"The room was dirty there was sand all over the floors. The bed sheets were stained and or dirty I'm not sure. We never got turn down service nor did we ever get towels or other toiletries unless we walked down to ask. The outside of the hotel looks like it's run down and falling apart. The hallways or elevators are not climate controlled and there were so many people in and around the hotel smoking marijuana. The front desk clerk was asleep or "high" when we went down one time . We tried to talk...

"The pool, sun deck are on the 2nd floor. Too bad the pool couldn't be outdoor. It being indoors isn't great but to each their own. The restaurant we wouldn't know because they didnt send us our room service. We spoke to someone via room service phone in our room, to place our order. That was upsetting since we hadn't eaten all day. Then they were closed and gave us attitude because someone didnt have it together."
