"Pro's: love that its privately owned, staff are kind and friendly. Good location, directly across the main road from the boardwalk. AC unit worked well. Well maintained property and grounds, parking lot felt safe, dog friendly with reasonable fee. Just all around adorable <3 would recommend to others and stay again. Potential areas of improvement: blackout curtains or thicker curtains of some kind, dont get me wrong, the sunrise is beautiful but its a lot to take in at 5am if you had a late...

"This was by far the best hotel I stayed at on vacation so far. The staff was respectful and genuine nice people. The food taste delicious and the pools were clean and not crowded. Me and my family had a great time and will be going back. "

"Watching the sun rise every morning and hearing the waves crash at night was a gift. Very clean. Staff friendly. Beach access incredible. Many restaurants nearby to walk to. Beds are very firm - a thicker mattress pad would help that. Pillows were not in the best shape. We bought pillows from Walmart. Pool area is lovely but the daily afternoon music from the poolside tiki bar was extremely unenjoyable loud. We still had a nice time all in all. "

Access is right there when you come down to the ground level All staff I encountered were friendly Breakfast is decent, pretty standard but nothing ran out without being replaced by staff quickly On site restaurant was convenient, although the food is just standard, however pretty tasty. Cons The beds ARE TERRIBLE!!! So rock hard it made my three night stay really bad. Had intense pains while sleeping...
