"Great location, easy walk to nearby restaurants, shuttle buses and supermarket. Average breakfast. Room only cleaned once in our 11 night stay and bin emptied on one other occasion. We had the same sheets for all 11 nights which I've never experienced at a hotel ever! The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable. Great to have them pick us up and drop us off to the Welcome Centre for the bus to Sapporo Airport. "

"This hotel is well located well maintained but you should forget Japanese hospitality. One of the most arrogant attitude i have ever experienced in any hotel. Check in lady was the worst then shift manager lady was no help. "

"The rooms were spacious and came with a furnished kitchen. There was a separate room for the beds and they had a small dining area as well as a lounging area. The room we booked had a great view of Mt. Yotei as well! The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the center of Hirafu where a lot of the restaurants are located. The ski valet is on the second floor of the hotel and it is just a short walk to the King Gondola. You are able to ski right to the entrance to the ski valet of the hotel...

"My husband and I had stayed here for 4 days and really enjoyed hotel facilities. Our room was perfect. Only thing I wanted to mention about the bellboy services, may need more training . When i got dropped off and arrived with two big luggages and ski bag, no one came out to help at all and also when we left to get on transfer. No one offered to help for luggages. So I wasn’t sure the purposes for them to just stand there. "
