"Room was clean but small. Extremely loud throughout the night hard to sleep not well insulated. Temperature fluctuates consistently throughout the day. High price on hidden charges and lost items using valet. Out dated elevators that need maintenance. Otherwise was good location to the heart of the city and very kind staff."

"My husband and I stayed in the presidential suite. It was absolutely spectacular. Wonderful food at prime Ocean and good breakfast. Amenities were out of this world. Customer service was amazing. We met the best bartender ever at the rooftop bar. The views were the best in Chicago!! highly recommend this hotel. "

"Great stay, excellent service and friendly staff. Room had a beautiful view of East Grand Avenue on our side of the building. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was a bit pricey each day, other than that, no complaints."

"We had a room that faced the river and had a great view. Our room was in decent shape but there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke. There wasn’t a fitted sheet on the bed, only a top sheet used as a fitted sheet. If using the valet parking option be cautious. My credit card company ended up putting a hold on my card because the valet had been trying to charge at least 6 different amounts over a day when I was told I would pay the total at the end of my stay. "
