"This hotel is in a great location downtown. Very walkable area. Parking ramp is attached to the hotel so very easy parking. We ate breakfast at the restaurant/bar area and it was good. Not crazy expensive. Rooms were clean. Elevators are fast and there are enough of them so very short wait times. Even on the 15th floor, the sirens are still pretty loud and woke me several times, but welcome to the city :). Shower water pressure was good. Bed was comfortable. Cost for the hotel was...

"The hotel itself was fine. However in the middle of the night the couple in the room by us were banging and creaming until about 2am which freaked my daughter out. We called security and were told the screaming and banging was because the guest was trying to get inside the room because his partner was not opening the door which was bolted and they needed to make sure he was safe. It was wild, scary and unsettling and did NOT provide a comfortable experience. The drama with this couple counties...
