"They held an event for 1,000 people so there was no parking for hotel guests. I drove around for 30 minutes hoping for someone to leave. If they had told me, I would have stayed somewhere else. I will never go back. No one told me about the breakfast."

However, there was no deadbolt lock for the door, the wifi didn't work, there was no cleaning service, and I found drug paraphernalia under my mattress. Clearly, this motel is for a certain clientele, and I just didn't fit there. Good location; not a great space."

"It was the worst handicap parking that I’ve ever seen at any hotel. There were only two parking slots at eachend of the hotel. These parking spots were a good half a block away from the entrance while there were at least 10 parking spots right next to the entrance for regular customers. Not only that but you had to pay $33 a night for parking. I won’t stay there again. "Everything was excellent"

"We have stayed here a few times now since they’re just down the road from Ohare airport with shuttle service. The rooms are always clean with breakfast included with your stay which is very good. The staff a very polite and helpful. Our room had a full kitchen with a dishwasher so you could prepare your own meal then sit down to dinner while watching the flights come and go. There is a very nice restaurant on the premises as well plus a pool and gym so we always enjoy our stay while waiting for...
